Our Process
We tailor the process to each design situation. However, here’s an outline of the journey we will go on together.
Step One
First Contact
If you visit the showroom for a browse or if you have found us online, we can arrange an appointment to discuss your project either in the showroom or at your home.
Step Two
First Meeting
Our designer will discuss your project in detail to understand exactly how you use your space, your preferred style, appliances and finishes.
Step Three
Design
We will put together an initial design and quote to share with you at the next meeting. This stage will take between 2-3 weeks to prepare.
Step four
Second Meeting
During a visit to our showroom based in Amersham Old Town, we will present our design to you in 3D.
Step five
Final Decision & Partnership
If you would like to go ahead with us, after receiving a deposit, we will release all the drawings and 3D renders. From there we will work closely with you to finalise the design in more detail.
Step Six
Manufacture
Each item of furniture is created bespoke to the drawings. After being hand finished and dry fitted in the workshop, each piece is checked and personally signed off by Harry before being delivered to site.
Step Seven
Fitting
We will supply you with a project plan which will outline the various stages of the fit. Our aim is to provide a friendly fitting service with minimum disruption to you and your household, cleaning and tidying as we go.
